Equalizer on Synapse 3.0. not working

Hello everyone, I have a problem with Synapse 3.0. on my computer (windows 10). I am using a Kraken Ultimate headset. For some reason my equalizer keeps malfunctioning(seemingly after every single windows update). Both bassboost and any adjustments in the equalizer are not working. Whenever I reinstall Synapse (its getting a bit frustrating having to reïnstall the product constantly) the equalizer works for a few days and then suddenly 'breaks'. Synapse is running on my PC, the device I have is recognized as a razer headset and I have THQ disabled. My output device in Windows is Headphones (Razer Kraken Ultimate). Does anyone have a solution for this? I would really like a working equalizer.

    It is now a week later and I have had to reïnstall synapse 3.0. twice to get the EQ back working. :/ does anyone know why this happens and how to prevent this?
