Hello, I am having trouble logging into my account on the Razer 7.1 app. It says ‘authentication not found.’ I tried restarting my computer and downloading the app again, but it still does not work.

Are you using your own PC and connected to your home network? Try connecting to another network. If you are using a VPN, please disable it. Please check if your anti-virus is blocking any related files. Also, please log in to your Razer ID's online portal by clicking this link and check if there's an account-related concern. If there's anything else you need, feel free to PM me with your device’s serial number. I'd appreciate it if you could share a screenshot showing the error.
