Error code: 5. Synapse 3 not downloading or working.

Hi everybody! I've had a problem with synapse 3 not working, so I tried to uninstall and install again, but now it doesn't wanna download. I've looked at videos, people having similar problems but nothing has worked up until now.. When I start the download, halfway through the download it stops and says that my computer has limitations and that I should contact the system administrator. The error code: 1616400465TIKqDEvyRazerCentral_v7.3.32.173.exe Installation failed with error code: 5 I really hope you can help me! I've tried everything and I'm beginning to lose hope. Thanks!
