Error connecting steam with Cortex

Hello, Im having troubles with Cortex connecting with steam. I get this message when trying to add my profile: I searched for other threads and google but I only saw one with now follow up. The only thing I could find on this was /unable-to-sync-steam-library-with-razer-cortex.19565/ .
