So i just bought a Razer Kraken Pro v2 headset and I immediately registered it on the website (since synapse said it should be done in the website. ) After registering, i checked if the razer surround has been upgraded to pro. I did not receive any email at that time so i clicked delete in the products window in synapse in the hopes of trying to register it again. But after a while I received the activation code email and was able to upgrade my razer synapse.
Now, the problem is when i try re-registering my product, it now says an error: "Item is hidden". Did i just lose my warranty because i clicked delete in the products window in synapse?
