Greetings I am unable to register my Razer DEATHADDER mouse. I keep getting an error message saying "invalid product serial number. Thank you.

    Hi there! the serial number is a 15 character alphanumeric code. Based on the photo that you have attached, please try to remove the SN and only put in the ones that come after. Let me know how it goes.
