Error occured order status email

I’ve made an order during a guest session on my phone, since I never had a razer account. When I check my email to see to check my order status, it gives me an error no matter I try it as guest or with account , I wouldn’t think much of it since i gave both email and number. How can I see my order status since I already paid for the product?
