Error problems registering my product and activating 7.1 audio

I bought my Razer headphones at the time of registering the serial number of the product and it appears that it is already registered. I bought some Blackshark v2 x headphones.

Did you purchase your headset brand new? Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase so I can verify if the reseller is authorized by Razer. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. All the best!
