Error: Serial Number is Unknown when Trying to Register Product

Hi Guys! So I have just unboxed my new Razer Barracuda x headset, and tried to register it on the Razer site so I can have the 7.1 surround sound device to use with it, but I keep getting the Serial Number is Unknown error, even though I have triple checked how I have entered it and tried to swap 1's and Zeroes for "O"s but no joy with any of the combinations. Could I get a little help, please? Many thanks

      I have this issue, though I haven't found any way to remedy it... Please help me. I also can't get Amazon Alexa to control it I have followed the instructions and have had no luck with it. Thank you in advance for any and all help offered...

      I found out 1 of the characters was different than it looked
