Error that the product has already been registered

When I bought the Blackshark v2x headphones, I wanted to register them as a new product, but it showed me an error that the product was already registered. And now I can't get the activation code for 7.1 sound.
I bought it in a trusted Ukrainian store "Foxtrot"

It seems like you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I’ll double-check everything just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration. Looking forward to your response!
