Error when trying to activate THX Spatial Sound

Hello guys,

Please help me with my problem of not being able to activate THX Spatial Sound.

I have a code from Razer, which was received today, 16.02.2025, I’ve copy-pasted it and also write it by hand, just to double check, into THX Spatial Sound app and it always say that “The code you have entered does not seem to be valid. Please try again.”.

As the code was received just today, as the code from the card that I have output the same error, I dont know how to proceed.
Please help me if possible!

Hello there guys!

I think you have entered the activation code on the wrong app. This is just a quick fix so don’t worry. Please drop me a PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can help you on how to activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.
