Errors when pressing the right button on my Razer Naga Triniti.

Good evening:I have a Razer Naga Trinity mouse that I bought in 2020.I always play MMORPGs. I recently started playing Ashes of Creation (which was eventually canceled), and I started playing World of Warcraft again today.
In Ashes of Creation, I started experiencing an issue where, when I pressed the right mouse button, the cursor on the screen wouldn't disappear (which is what it was supposed to do) or it would flicker, preventing me from rotating the camera correctly. It was supposed to disappear from the screen immediately upon pressing the button. I initially thought it was a game issue, but the same thing is happening in World of Warcraft, so it's definitely a problem with the mouse, not the games themselves. It's not a physical defect in the button itself, as it works perfectly in Windows; it only happens in games, specifically these two. I suspect it's a software issue, as this particular mouse is no longer being updated. I've noticed this since switching from Synapse 3 to Synapse 4.

In short, in both games, the right mouse button isn't responding correctly when I press it.What could be causing this? Is there a solution? Or is it best to upgrade to a Razer Naga V2 Pro? And if I upgrade to a new Naga, will that fix the problem with the updated drivers?I suppose it's due to the lack of updated Triniti drivers, which is independent of Synase? Thanks in advance, and please excuse my English; it was translated by Google Translate. I only speak Spanish.

Hello there, @frontDolphinGray588!

Thank you for sharing the detailed info. Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers by clicking here. Also, does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
