My ESC key and all of my F1-12 keys arent working, including my FN key and the one below ESC.
I cant remember exactly when this happened but it was out of the blue and ive tried many things to fix it and tried searching for solutions many times but none work.
I cannot find anything about FN keys in bios either, its bios msi 5.
Nothing just seems to work ive even reset my pc
+1Which keyboard? Can you reset it or try to create new empty profile in Synapse? How about connecting it to another PC?
Did you ever find out how to resolve this? I’m experiencing the very same thing with my Razer Ornata. (was on Synapse 3 when it happened, just updated to 4 - no change in the behaviour)

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall its drivers. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Ornata’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
