just got a brand new cynosa chroma v2 keyboard and my esc key does not work everything else is fine but not my esc key and it is fustring brand new one fresh out of the store any one know how to fix this problem not sure if it softwear or mechinal one the key press fine

Please try on another PC (without Synapse), but it might be HW issue.
If on another PC it's the same - RMA it.
If on another PC it's the same - RMA it.
