Escape Key on Razer Huntsman Elite is not Lighting up

Today my brand new Razer Huntsman Elite keyboard arrived and every key works and every key lights up except for the escape key. I watched the video "How to fix an unresponsive Razer keyboard with a hard reset or by exiting out of Demo Mode" and it still doesn't light up.

Did you already try to reinstall the driver of your keyboard? You can get the firmware update here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can check for other workarounds to help you resolve the issue. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation to private.
