Hello,
I recently purchased a Blade 15 with accompanying Thunderbolt 4 Dock and have bee experiencing significant challenges with respect to connectivity on the Ethernet port of the dock.
Specifically, when I start to copy large volumes of data over the Ethernet port, my connection drops regularly (e.g., every 5-10 minutes). Under less demanding loads (web browsing, e-mail, even voice conferencing), the connection drops are *much* less frequent. Since it's a newer machine that is replacing an older one, I have some copy tasks running that are copying large volumes of data, though, and that means that my connection is dropping every 5-10min. The problem is resolved by unplugging the RJ45 connector and plugging back in again.
While I have not tried replacing the cable yet, I'm using the same cable that my previous laptop used for >2 years without a single problem.
Any thoughts would be most appreciated!

Have you tried disabling Synapse to check if it behaves the same without it in the background? For now, let's update the ethernet driver for the Thunderbolt 4 Dock by performing the steps on this page. PM me the serial number of your device should the issue persists so I can verify its model and look for other solutions.
