Evert time I start up, synapse says I have a firmware update

Question

Evert time I start up, synapse says I have a firmware update, but I’ve installed everything available on the website?!   -------------I’ve installed all 4 of the available updates it links me to In synapsis, it shows this… but I don’t know what firmware download this is talking about? What the heck am I missing?  How do i get the latest, and make that firmware update popup stop
