I m using the Razer Nari Essential, with synapse 3, for some reason the audio started peaking one day, so I looked for fixes, some one said moving the wireless usb to a different slot fixed their problem. I tried this and it worked but started to happen again, so I moved it like before, but the audio stopped working altogether, so i messed around and fixed that but the peaking/crackling audio was worse now so I moved the usb back assuming it was a usb port issue but then, it got even worse, now if I move the usb to any other port it gets worse every time and I can't tell if its a hardware issue or software issue because its having problems all over the place now, these are new headphones and a new pc, so nothing hardware wise should be bad, I treat these headphones with great care. Ive repaired synapse 3 to see if that resolved the issue but it has not. Help?
