Just bought my first pair of Razer headphones, they are the Kraken Kitty V2 BT, they connect with no problem to my PC and to my phone (didn’t run into any problems with the mobile app). Installed Razer Synapse and Chroma, and the device showed up, unfortunately, when the headphones disconnected because I moved far away from the computer, the device disappeared from the app. I reinstalled it and the device showed up again, but disappeared after they disconnected from the PC.
I don’t want to keep reinstalling the app everytime I open my computer, is there any way to fix it?
PS: They are connected to the computer, and the sound works just fine, even spatial audio (which i cannot use as it also makes it so the device stops showing up in other apps).
