I had an issue with my Razer Kraken Kitty V3 X Headset that I just bought, genuinely got to enjoy the headset for 10 minutes, and then it broke within in an hour of having it. (it’s not the product or Razers fault, the product was excellent when I got it. Highly recommend them, the sound quality is insanely good, and their real comfortable.) I connected to an agent named Rizza, she was awesome! She had the patience of a saint, was really polite, and went the extra mile for me by checking all available options that would help my issues. I hope she is being paid what she’s worth, because she deserves it for being so great!
