Hi, I just received my Razer DeathAdder mouse form Amazon, but I noticed there was visible dust in the mouse pad area and no protective plastic film on the device. This raises concerns that the item may have been previously opened or used .i want to exchange the mouse  , s/n PM2433H20002343

I understand your concern about the condition of the DeathAdder mouse you received from Amazon. To better understand the situation, when and where did you buy the device? Could you please send me a PM along with a picture of the mouse pad area where you see the visible dust? I would appreciate it if you could also provide your proof of purchase so I can check the device's details. Also, please remove the serial number on your post for security purposes.
