I recently made a mistake in purchasing a PSN card through Razer Gold. Unfortunately, I mistakenly bought a US PSN card instead of the EU PSN card I needed. As a result, I now have a US PSN card that I cannot use.
I understand that digital purchases are often non-refundable, but I'm hoping there might be a solution or an option for an exchange. I've reached out to Razer's customer support, but I wanted to ask the community if anyone has had a similar experience and if there are any suggestions on how to resolve this situation.
