Exclusives and Slowest Shipping On Planet | Razer Insider

Decided on the Cynosa Chroma Pro because of the underglow. Order shipped next day and now showing over a week to arrive as they are shipping directly from HK. I attempted to upgrade the shipping, but apparently, it is too late to make any changes. This is the problem with exclusives. If I had thought it would actually take over a week to ship a keyboard, I would have gone elsewhere.

I realize I could have selected upgraded shipping when placing the order, but I expected like most retailers, they overestimate the time. Well, they do not. Every other retailer has no issue getting the product to the customer within a day or two. I will remember this and just not order an exclusive next time, and may just refuse this shipment. Customer service was of no help, as expected.

I am aware I chose the shipping time, this is more of a warning to others, Razer has the slowest shipping I have ever seen.
So, Razer offered a 15% code on my next order, which I declined as I will not place another order with this sad excuse for shipping. Meanwhile, the package is still in Taiwan, where it has been for 2 days. Considering returning the Razer gear I have purchased in the last week (Firefly, lancehead, and this package of base station chroma and cynosa pro) and going with the Corsair. I am trying to keep all my RGB the same brand under the same software.
Thankfully, FedEx was quicker than originally anticipated, and I am typing this response on the Cynosa Pro. Love the Chroma, gonna take a little getting used to the keys!
