Hi! I am currently having problem with my headphones, they keep disconnecting for no reason, mostly after some louder sound, it also freezes my PC and I cant even call with my friends because of that. I have searched for answers on Reddit, YouTube, tried official guide from Razer and still nothing. I dont want to spend another money on headphones, because I am saving up for new pc, but it looks like I have no choice, because I have enough of this connecting and disconnecting thingy.

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where your Razer Kraken V3 keeps disconnecting, especially during calls or after louder sounds, and even causes your PC to freeze. Does the same issue happen when the headset is connected to a different PC or laptop? That would help us check whether the issue is isolated to one device or if the headset itself may be causing it.
