External Monitor on USB dock not detected upon start up | Razer Insider

Hi all



I have a Razer Blade 14 2022 and I am experiencing this issue where my external monitor, which is connected to a USB dock is not detected by my laptop unless I unplug and replug the USB dock into the laptop's USB C port.



The rest of the devices (keyboard and mouse) work fine without the need to replug the USB dock only the monitor so I was wondering if there was anyone else who has experienced this and if there was any solution.



What I have tried:



Reinstalling Nvidia Graphics Driver

Reinstalling AMD Radeon (TM) Graphics in Device Manager

Did you already make sure the Windows OS is up to date as well? Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and forward your concern to the Engineering Team by starting a case.
