EXTREMELY DIM DISPLAY/ Black Screen. 

(RAZER BLADE ADVANCED 15” 2020)

Hello, I was hoping for some help.

Whilst using my laptop at work the screen began to flicker and then went black. Laptop power remained and keyboard still lit up. The laptop was rather hot to the touch at this point. 
 

Putting the laptop screen towards the light it looked like an extremely vague outline on the screen of the application I was previously using. 
 

I managed to test it with an external monitor and the computer element works fine. I allowed the laptop to cool and then attempted to follow all RAZER recommendations and information/ advice from the support forums. (ALL UPDATES) (Microsoft Memory Integrity etc) 
 

I somehow got the screen working for a few hours in the early hours of the morning at work but after switching the computer off (so I could sleep) the screen is now black again on reboot. 

So now I am back to the beginning. I believe I have tried all these steps again which returned me the display this morning but the screen is still a very dim image of what’s on the external monitor. 
 

Due to getting the screen working early hours of this morning, I believe the screen is not damaged but there is a glitch in the system with the screen now being black after being turned off and back on. 
 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! 
 

Note the screen as come back on at random points once was when the laptop was on and the screen was folded (may suggest brightness adjusted? but on turning it off and back on it is back to being extremely dim lit and unreadable
