Facing issues, using Chroma Ornata(windows keyboard) on Mac

Hi guys, I'm using Chroma Ornata(windows version) on Mac, my shift keys are behaving like stickies intermittently. Once in a couple of times it becomes sticky and keeps on types a weird-looking special character until I unplug the keyboard. Please let me know if theres any solution for this. Thanks.

    this is that special character which becomes sticky when I touch left shift "±±±±"

    Thanks for posting your concern here. What's your Mac OS version? Have you tested it on a different USB port on your current PC? Have you tested your keyboard on a different computer? Does the same behavior happen while connecting it on a computer that has Windows OS?
