Hi all, I've been looking at several forums and I've not found an answer. Is there a way to factory reset/hard reset a pair of Hammerhead TWS X? I recently bought the pikachu edition, but my old regular set needs resetting

Please perform the following steps below to do a quick reset on your device: Also, you can visit this article for future reference.
- Place both earbuds into the charging case.
- Close the lid and wait for least five seconds.
- Take the earbuds out of the charging case and see if the issue is fixed.
