failed reload with my mastercard

razer site is reject my mastercard .. the money is take out from my card to razer and after 1 minute razer refund the money to my card ..why?! i sent a ticket but the ticket after 24 hours without any reply or response and now its closed and i don't know why and how ?!!!

    There are plenty of reasons for it to fail, the authentication process probably didn't go through that is why you got an immediate refund. By the way, did you start the ticket from here? If not, please do so and send over your ticket number via PM.
