Hello everyone!
I’m new to the community and I hope I can find here a solution to my problem since the official support doesn’t reply to the ticket I opened days ago and the live agents are never online even in their activity time window.

I registered a year ago to Cortex Games for collecting Razer Silver, so this 30th September (in 4 days) the first Silvers I got will expire and I decided to spend them on 60 Genesis Crystals in Genshin Impact top-ups

I have done everything correctly, I inserted my Game ID and it was successfully recognized, selected the 60 Crystals pack for which are required 3300 Silvers (I have more than 3300), I have successfully inserted the OTP code I received on my smartphone, the checkout correctly shows me the price as €0,00, but at the moment to finalize the purchase I always get this reply from the system:

“Purchase Failed

We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support

I have tried again at several different times in the past three days with the same result mI have just found that all my attempts are registered in my transaction history with “Pending” status]. One time I was prompted to add a TFA method so I enabled Google Authenticator, I have also added a billing address in my profile but I still get this same error.

I have no experience with this site so I don’t really know if I’m missing something and how to resolve it, plus live agents are unavailable and the support is silent.
Is there any kind soul with experience in buying with Razer Silvers that could help me solve this issue? I hope to solve it before my first Silvers expire... Thanks a lot in advance!

I’m still waiting a reply from Razer’s official support, however I tried some days ago to change browser and it worked 🙄 I use Firefox everyday and it worked when I tried with Chrome, give it a try with any other browser you may have and let me know 🤗
