hello Razer team.. I had problem to register my Razer Black Shark V2 X. Messaage say "This product is already registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer Support". I believe this product didn’t regester yet by comfirming with seller (authorized reseller), Please help.

Return it, it’s most probably fake.
