Fake/Refurbished Razor Wolverine Ultimate?

Hi Yesterday i purchase a Razer Wolverine Ultimate listed as New on Mercado Libre México, when i saw the box i was concerned about the product being refurbished or something was wrong, i research a lot of this cobtroller before i made the purchase, today i registered the serial number of the product in my account with no problema but then i found that you can see if your product still have "care" protectuon and appears not valid anymore. I want to know if this is a refurbished product or fake to return it to the seller. Ill upload the photos here.
