Hi everyone ,
I have issue with my new pc , Razer mini itx case.
so all doing fine just the issue was with the rgb kunai fan not working .
and I found that when I shutdown the pc it looks fine and the fan rgb lights on , but if razer synapse 4 app work it is immediately the fan light off and showing message (fan count error) .
so I uninstall razer synapse 4 , then the fan lights works fine .
so any suggestion you have for this issue ?
