Fan misplacement on Razerblade 15 advanced 2019.

Hi all, After purchasing a Razerblade 15 advanced in Jan 2020 i am getting a Buzzing/Ticking noise coming from the left fan. I have raised the issue with your support team and i currently waiting on a reply. Please could someone help me out with this issue, i use the machine on a daily basis but am unable to as i fear i may burn the cpu and cause further damage. This is becoming more and more frustrating as each day passes as i do not have alternative laptop/pc. Please can someone get back to me on this, i love using all Razer products and am extremely disappointed that this has happened so close to the date of purchase. Does anyone have any suggestions??

    How bad is the buzzing/ticking noise? Does it get louder when the laptop is under load? If it does, then you can reduce the RPM through Synapse for the time being. Also, please avoid posting sensitive information such as your email address or your case number in public. Send those over to me via PM instead.
