Hey Folks (Everyone reading this + Hopefully Razer Support)

Im posting this as the official razer support does not seem to be working for me, (I did the entire selection and entered Serial Number etc) So here goes.

I bought 2 razer blades as recently as a week and a half ago, blade 15 and 14 both new 2023 models, and for some reason, when I pick up the 15, the underside of the chasis seems have a minor flex, which makes it seemingly impact the fans on the bottom resulting in an unpleasant noise. That being said im 99% sure this is not normal as the 14 does not seem to be doing the same this.

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced this, and perhaps get some help!
