Fast-user switching & Fast startup unusable

When logging into a second account using fast-user switching, the taskbar, including the system tray will be blank. It is impossible to interact with windows when this occurs other than to use ctrl-alt-del to log out. Logging back into the original account will many times then behave the exact same way. The only remedy is to ctrl-alt-del then logout and restart the computer. Many times when looking over the event viewer, I see that explorer.exe had crashed into some sort of crashing loop. The Naga Pro mouse OR my Huntsman TE keyboard cause the problem. Through much trial and error, I narrowed it down to these 2 specific pieces of hardware. Other Razer peripherals I own and tried out did not cause this issue. Admittedly I did not try them all. When BOTH the Razer Naga Pro mouse AND Razer Huntsman TE keyboard are connected, the problem is worse. Logging out before logging into a different account (slow user switching) will often cause the same issue. Having Fast Startup enabled will occasionally cause the same problem at login after a startup. Again, through trial and error I found that disabling Fast startup will eliminate this issue although it is only a workaround. Not using fast-user switching at all is only a gamble whether the issue will present itself when logging into a different account.

Have you checked if the behavior happens while either the Razer Naga Pro or Huntsman TE is the only connected peripheral? Have you contacted our Support Team? If you haven't yet, please send me the following: a. MSinfo logs. b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver) c. Synapse 3.0 logs Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM. I’ll be locking this thread now to divert our conversation privately.
