I’ve purchased Razer BlackWidow V4 Low-Profile wireless keyboard on Amazon yesterday. But I’m facing issues right out of the box. Missing keystrokes while typing, and happening more frequently with specific keys like the “i” and “f” also sometimes it will register the key more than once like “heeello”.
I tried the troubleshooting methods on the forum, updated firmware, exited Synape app, restartng, and used cable (wired) instead of the dongle. But still the issue persists.
Could you please advise?
This is so frustrating because I just unboxed it and was so excited to use it.
