I have the well documented issue whereby the cable link to Razer Book 13 disconnects intermittently. I can make the device work reliably as a desktop with an external monitor, which does makes me wonder why I shelled out for an expensive notebook computer. I can get the Razer screen to reconnect with a poke to the screen cable cover and by not extending the screen all the way back - which is what has me convinced that the issue is with the cable linking the Razer Book 13 touchscreen to the lower keyboard assembly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this connection more dependable? Are replacement cables available? Helpful suggestions gratefully received. Thanks in advance!
