Dear Support team,
This request specifically concerns operation through the **Naga V3 Pro’s onboard memory**. The assignments described below work correctly while the mouse is connected through Synapse on Windows.
At present, the Naga V3 Pro is not supported by Synapse 4 for macOS. Mac users must therefore configure the mouse on Windows, save the settings to its onboard memory, and then use those onboard profiles on macOS.
## Current behavior
- Assigning **Scroll Left** or **Scroll Right** to the wheel’s up/down rotation produces no response when using an onboard profile.
- Reversing normal vertical scrolling—assigning Scroll Down to wheel-up and Scroll Up to wheel-down—works correctly through onboard memory.
- Assigning horizontal scrolling to controls other than the wheel’s up/down rotation also works through onboard memory.
- Repeat-style scrolling actions are not available for wheel-up or wheel-down, presumably because rotating the wheel already generates repeated inputs.
I have also noticed two macOS-specific issues:
- Horizontal scrolling operates in the opposite direction.
- When Scroll Left or Scroll Right is assigned as a custom action, rather than using the wheel tilt’s default repeating horizontal-scroll action, the scrolling distance is extremely small.
## Requested improvement
Please allow **Scroll Left** and **Scroll Right** to be assigned reliably to the wheel’s vertical rotation and used through onboard memory.
Wheel rotation is naturally suited to scrolling actions, while most other key assignments are less practical in this position. This functionality is available on mice such as the Logitech G604 and would be very useful on the Naga V3 Pro—especially for Mac users who currently have no access to Synapse.
Thank you for considering this request.
