As can be seen, many customers have issues with Synapse.
For a gamer it could be really really frustrating when stutters occur.

I have lots of stuttering my games, apparently unfortunately Synapse is taking sometimes even 60% of memory / processor
I completely exited/closed synapse... and still lots of processes ongoing...

I really tried troubleshooting, nothings solve the high load of the processor and stutters. The only solution that works is to uninstall Synapse. But then the waiving default 16 million color is back again… So, I had to KILL the lights, ZERO brightness - at least THIS can BE STORED on memory – isn’t this a sign that also a static light could be saved?

I still do not understand why it has been taken this decision to ignore the light stuff, to keep at least a static light default on keyboards and mice w/o keeping synapse.

It IS possible to store the profile though… No one likes and leaves that waiving RGB… That’s just for show off on store shelves. Cannot understand yet why the opinions of so many customers have been ignored.

I was willing to keep Synapse, but apparently this software has so many flaws and bugs and errors… It is unacceptable that a so-called “background software” takes 30-60% of a 9900KS processor and 30% of 32DDR4 just to keep a static light on. Probably that’s why I had STUTTERS in most of the games…

AND, as a matter of fact... Ubisoft now recognized officially that Synapse if one of the culprits of bad performance in games, this is one of the firt things they recommend to be disabled/uninstalled

Also to be noted that when a device is connected to a Mac - it's almost like a device in a Chinese shop waiving in so many colors to advertise itself.

Thank you very much for your understanding.
