Has anyone encountered this? I got notified it was delivered, but I was not home. Checked doorbell and driveway cam and no delivery. I filed a claim, but not sure they will find it. I am trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone at razer, as the purchase I made was on black friday sale. It is impossible for me to find the phone number or chat option, as it continuously redirects me. If Fedex reimburses me, it will only be for the purchase price, which the device may not be for much longer. Looking for any advice. Does razer help with this?
