Hello,
I want to exchange with those who have had experiences with RAZER support.
I am in contact with them, and this leaves me with a strange impression.
This way of asking always and again the same questions, of never answering the questions asked, as if they did not read what we write to them, these stereotyped words and sentences. I really feel like they’re not human, like I’m talking to an AI.
Did any of you have the same impression?
