So after waiting .... obviously the length of time that went by was too long.
I check my spam .... and there is my answer , RMA return level 2 person.
I just was not able to respond in time.
Because it was sent to spam.
Why would the most important part to this be sent in a way that resembles spam?

Everything was the same. But for some reason this answer is sent to spam.
Were it sat a long time.
Obviously my fault for not looking there....every time I log in.
So the point is this .
I can not resubmit a ticket for my razer product.
I guess because I all ready had one.
For the same reason.
So I'm left with getting bounced here as a solution.
I could not seem to find a phone number either.
