Hello!
Unfortunately my rabbit decided that he hated matching and decided to nibble through my Razer Kraken Kitty Edition V2 Pro headphone cord that i just got last month. I was wondering if anyone knew of any places to buy a certified replacement part? Razer support said to look for other retailers but I could only find “HUYUN New USB Wire Data Line/Audio Cable Razer Kraken Kitty Edition/Ultimate Edition” on amazon which support said they cannot gurantee will work with the V2 pro. Do I have any other options or do I just have to keep looking and praying for them to appear on the razer parts store?
Also: Has anyone taken their headphones to a repair store to get them fixed?
Any help or advice would be lovely! Thanks for taking the time to read this and apologies if this isn’t the correct place to post this T_T, I’m just at my wits end with this.
