For Like 3 days now it Always says Fingerprint hardware Not available, did anyone Had the Same Problem and has maybe a solution?

Have you contacted our Support Team via chat or email before posting your concern here? Have you also tried simultaneously pressing and holding the power button and the volume up button for 7-10 seconds and wait for the phone to reboot? If in case the issue persists, please put your phone to Safe Mode and check if the issue is still happening.
Yes, I contacted the Support an tried the steps They suggested to me, but it did Not Work. I wanted to ask If maybe someone did have the Same Problem because I need my Phone also For Work and a factory reset should bei the Last Resort If nothing would Help.

We would suggest placing your phone into Safe Mode and see if the issue replicates before doing a factory reset.
I also placed my Phone Info Safe Mode, but since I tried all of These steps IT only seems that my battery runs Low faster.
