Firefly Cloth Edition and Catalina

I have trying to get this to work with no luck. It sees it the firs time after reinstalling the software and rebooting but none of the settings take and then if I close the software and reopen, it no longer finds the mouse pad. Anyone else have the same issues, I already contacted support with no luck.

    Synapse 2.0 for MAC will be available up to MAC OS 10.14 only. Moving forward, all new products will be supported exclusively on Synapse 3 for Windows.
