Firefly won't show up in chroma studio.

I just bought firefly mousepad, conected it, and almost everything is great, except that it doesnt show up in chroma studio so i can't "place it" and can't add any advaced effects because of that. quick effects work perfectly but not advanced. even the visualizer works great.

    Hi there guys! Have you tried to reinstall Synapse to see if it helps?
