Hello,

I purchased this keyboard, a Huntsman v3 pro tkl he, on September 8th and had no issues until recently.

The issues are:

  1. Ghost key presses and stuck keys: The keyboard sometimes activates Caps Lock by itself or the “arrêt/défil”, or repeats a letter as if the key were being held down when it is not (for example, typing "lllllllllllllllll" without stopping). The only way to stop it is to unplug the keyboard and plug it back.
  2. Missed or delayed inputs: While playing rhythm games, some keys fail to register or register with a noticeable delay. For example, I alternate tapping "C" and "V", stop, then press "C" again, and that press is either not registered or is extremely delayed. This happens on other keys as well and at different actuation points. It is worth nothing that I ran the exact same test on a competitor's keyboard using the same actuation point and Rapid Trigger sensitivity, and every input registered correctly with no missed notes.

What I have already tried:

  •  Switching to different USB ports
  •  Changing the actuation point and Rapid Trigger sensitivity
  •  Installing Razer Synapse app

None of these resolved the problem. I have also seen other users reporting similar unresponsiveness issues with this keyboard, the tkl, or the 65% version for days.

Down below informations about the keyboard:

  • Serial number: SI2634G20200392
  • Firmware version: 1.1.9.0
  • Layout: ISO FR (azerty)

Best regards.

Hello @headMahoganyCITRINE250,

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you send me a PM with a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it when I forward your case to our Technical Team? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
