Hello Razer Support Team,
My keyboard has stopped working entirely and does not respond to key presses. The main key backlight is off, but the 4th status LED (the "M" / Macro indicator) is glowing solid red.
The device is completely unresponsive and Windows does not recognize it properly. It seems the firmware/controller is stuck in a loop.
I need the official firmware updater / recovery tool for this exact model to force flash it and restore the keyboard.
