Hi I just an update to both my Hyperpolling dongle and Viper V2 pro. After the update which said it was successful my mouse wasn’t moving and the light on the mouse was just blinking white but it said in Synapse it was still connected to the dongle.
After trying everything I unpaired the mouse from the dongle but now I can’t re-pair it. When I click on “Select Device” in the Hyperpolling pairing utility nothing happens and I’m at a loss.
